Marshfield Pre-School are very fortunate to have a number of qualified staff. Most of our staff have been
with us for over a year and some of us have achieved nearly ten years!
THE
STAFF TEAMDuring a morning session there will be three to four members of staff present, there will be
two or three members of a staff present during an afternoon session. Below are their qualifications and responsibilities.
Juliette Cuss- Pre-School Manager
Qualified
Level 4 in early years care and development
Qualified Nvq level 3 in Early Years Childcare.
Qualified first aid. Food hygiene. Child Protection Makaton 1 and 2
Jade Gilbert– Deputy Manager NVQ level 3 in childcare Working towards Level 4 in early years care and development. First aid Food hygiene Child protection
Carly Witts- Deputy Manager and Pre-school Senco National
diploma in childcare education. Working towards Level 4 in early years care and development. First
aid Food hygiene Makaton level 1 and 2
Child protection
Julie Webb – Leader Post graduate certificate in education with qualified teacher status – (secondary school
experience) Working towards NVQ level 3, early years Childcare
and Education. Health and safety Child protection Food hygiene
